My aunt told me about a magical event: the summer solstice. This event takes place on the first day of summer: every June 21 at 5.10 pm in the Cathedral of San Sabino in Bari, the light hits the facade of the Cathedral and projects its design on the floor rose window of the central nave of the Cathedral. A magical play of lights appears that break the darkness while the organ plays and there are dances and songs. For a moment the church looks like a stage and is an event that attracts many people.
