I don’t like these treats. Then I’m allergic to hazelnuts. And maybe I don’t eat them for this reason, for fear of having an allergy. But grandma told me that they are very old sweets, because almonds are a product of our land. You need: ½ kg of peeled and finely chopped almonds, 400 g of sugar (100 g keep aside), 2 yolks, 1 sachet of vanillin, 1 lemon. Preparation: 1) Add 300 gr of sugar, lemon and 2 yolks to the chopped almonds and mix. 2) Make balls with the dough and pass them in the remaining sugar. 3) Place the balls on the dripping pan lined with parchment paper. 4) Bake at 180 for 10 minutes.
