Many years ago, very long ago, a tragic event took place on the day of the Epiphany. When the procession arrived from the Diocese in Mavili Square and everyone stood on a pier set up for the priest to throw the cross, the pier fell and three women standing on the edge fell into the lake. One was saved, the two were lost and the people started to chant together because they considered it a bad omen.
